Fortress Crestawald, Viamala-Gorge
June 18th is arrival day for most and we look forward to seeing you all.
Since some have already arrived the day before or can't wait any longer, there is already an afternoon tour.
We will visit the Crestawald Fortress Museum and the Viamala Gorge.
The Crestawald Fortress is a former artillery work near Sufers, Rheinwald in the canton of Graubünden, from the period 1939-2000 classified as secret.
Please consider approaching the fortress in a group. We have a special permit and are allowed to park directly at the fortress. Follow the group leader when approaching.

The Viamala Gorge "veia mala", translated as "bad way" was carved into the massive rocks by glacial ice and water, a spectacular natural experience that has to be seen.
