Albula Pass and Flüela Pass, Walser settlement of St. Martin,
The North Sea/Black Sea watershed runs across the Albula Pass. The pass has an altitude of 2312 m above sea level.
The Flüela Pass is 2383 m above sea level. M. High Mountain pass, the main European watershed runs here. All western waters flow into the Rhine, the eastern into the Inn and into the Danube, St. Martin im Calfeisental is a hamlet and a former Walser settlement, today St. Martin consists of seven buildings, including a restaurant with 180 seats.
Please stick to your tour guide and the departure times.
From Tiefencastel we go to the Albula Pass, where we take a short photo break, you want to know where you've been.
We continue over the Flüela Pass, where we take a second short photo break before continuing towards Landquart.
We then drive on a side road to the Gigerwald dam, where we wait to passage, is only allowed from 13:00 -13:20, togo to St. Martin.
Here we enjoy our lunch break until we drive back to Tiefencastel, please note that the passage is only allowed from 14:30 -14:50.
